Once you have made your choice, please note down the name and then contact Rachel Hanson Millinery via the Contact page. Payment is accepted via Paypal or bank transfer.  If Paypal is your preferred money transfer service, then please send your Paypal email address via the email service. All payments will need to be cleared before your purchase is posted. Payment details for bespoke pieces can be found on the Bespoke page.


Rachel Hanson Millinery goods are sent via Royal Mail for UK deliveries, and alternative courier services for international purchases. 

 Deliveries within the UK will take approximately 2-5 working days to arrive.  All items are sent out as recorded delivery. For UK deliveries, shipping is charged at £15 - this will be added to your invoice. 

For international deliveries, prices vary per order and per country, depending on the size of the box required. Please request a quote for accurate prices and express services. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered.


All Rachel Hanson Millinery products are non-refundable;  each piece is handmade and may also have been created from used and/or vintage fabrics through the process of upcycling, therefore you may find minor 'flaws' in some of the materials used in the creation of your hat or fascinator. In the unlikely event you find a major fault with your item, it breaks, or you would like something on the piece to be corrected, then please don't hesitate to get in touch via email in the Contact section of this website.
